Quickly: Georgia Southern hosts their second of three non-conference matches on Thursday evening at Eagle Field. The Eagles will welcome in the Mercer Bears for their second non-conference match. The Bears enter play with a 0-1-1 record after falling to Georgia State 2-1 in overtime to start the season. Last Thursday they drew with The Citadel 1-1, before having the week to prepare for the Eagles. Maria D'Angelo has scored the lone goal this season for the Eagles, bending one over the keeper from about 25-yards out.
