STATESBORO – It was a day of rest Sunday as the Georgia Southern as the team recovered from Saturday's full scrimmage at Allen E. Paulson Stadium.

After breakfast and a team meeting, buses ran to First Baptist Church for those who wanted to go to church service and lunch. In the afternoon, it was back to more meetings and treatment before an evening dinner was served. 

Following another team meeting, it was team activity time and after much debate and rounds of voting movie night to see Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw came out the winner. It will be hard to top Seasons Saturday, but any fun time the team can have during the grind of camp is welcome.

In today's coaching interview, GSEagles.com caught up with tight ends coach Andrew Dodge to get his thoughts on his group early in camp.




Practice will continue on Monday with an 8:30 a.m. practice at Beautiful Eagle Creek.
