
Men’s Golf Places 12th at Gator

The Eagles play at Colleton River March 4-5.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Steven Fisk shot a 70 to tie for 12th, and the Georgia Southern men's golf team placed 12th at the SunTrust Gator Invitational at Mark Bostick Golf Course Sunday.
Fisk started on the back nine and birdied his first hole, one of four on the day for the senior. He shot 2-under on the front nine with birdies at holes 1, 4 and 7. Avery Price made four birdies on the day to shoot 70.
Vanderbilt (-3) won the tournament, and host Florida (E) placed second. The field featured seven teams in the top-50 and 12 individuals in the top-100.
