The Georgia Southern women's basketball team is back on the court! All throughout the month of October, we've given you a closer look at our six seniors with our 5 Questions segment. Today is the final senior of our group, senior forward Victoria Stavropoulos.
Victoria is a native of Orland Park, Ill., who is majoring in English. While playing for the Eagles, she has also participated on the court internationally by playing on the 2016 Greek National team in the FIBA Under-18 Women's European Championship held in Sarajevo, Bosnia, helping Greece finish second.
1. Why did you choose Georgia Southern University to play collegiate basketball?
"I knew I wanted to get out of Chicago, out of the cold. I got the message to come visit down to Georgia Southern, and the second I got down here, I fell in love with it. The campus is beautiful, the weather was nice and warm like I like it, but most of all it felt like family. Everyone, whether it was the teachers, the coaches, the players, it just felt like family. I knew this was the place for me."

2. What's one thing that people don't know about you?
"I can fit 47 pieces of popcorn in my mouth at one time. *Laughs* Really, though, I love music, I taught myself to play the guitar, the ukulele, and I'm working on the piano. And I've just been slowly getting around to playing and performing a little bit more. It's a lot of fun."

3. What is your favorite home-cooked meal?
"My mom makes a dish, it's called 'pastitsio', It's a Greek dish, like a Greek lasagna. With meat and noodles and this like Béchamel sauce on top. I learned how to make it, and I really like it. It's one of my favorites. I make do with what I can find in Statesboro."

4. In a movie about your life, what actress would play you?
"Mila Kunis. I've thought about that one, I love her. We're vaguely similar, we almost look alike, but I think she's hilarious and awesome."

5. Do you have a phrase, saying or song that helps you get through a particularly tough day?
I'm a big Friday Night Lights fan, the TV show. In my locker, we have little inspirational things we made and mine was 'Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose.' I really like that."
