Our next senior is guard Nakol Franks. The Greenville, S.C., native was one of the top three-point shooters in the Sun Belt Conference as a junior, hitting 45-of-118 three-pointers (38.1%). Nakol graduated from Georgia Southern with her bachelor's degree in exercise science in May and is currently pursuing her graduate degree in kinesiology.
1. Why did you choose Georgia Southern University to play collegiate basketball?

2. What's one thing that people don't know about you?
"My grandma actually taught me how to crochet. So I can make blankets and stuff. It's been some years since I've done it, like a long time. I'm surprised I remember how to do it. I'm gonna make a blanket and bring it in one day! But my grandma made a whole bunch of blankets. I don't know where they are now, but she would make one like every day."

4. What is your favorite home-cooked meal?
"Roast beef and rice. Put the roast in the crock pot, with some carrots and potatoes, good to go!"

5. In a movie about your life, what actress would play you?
"Sanaa Lathan, from Love & Basketball. Because apparently I look like her a lot, or I remind people of her. But I'm fine with that. She's beautiful and she's a great actress, I'll take it. She's been in a lot."
