Box Score STATESBORO, Ga. – The Georgia Southern women's soccer team lost 1-0 in overtime against Arkansas State on Friday night.
The Eagles kept the Red Wolves scoreless all of regulation time forcing an overtime period. Arkansas State scored off a corner kick in the 95th minute. The goal was scored by Olivia Smith.
The Eagles played an aggressive game against the No. 3 team in the Sun Belt.

Sallie Newton had three saves during the game and the Eagles took seven shots with two being on goal.
