Coach Murphy Announces Five Different Dates This Summer; Camps For All Youth Ages Offered
STATESBORO - Georgia Southern Men's Soccer head coach John Murphy, the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Coach of the Year, has announced the 2018 JMESA Summer Camp schedule. Four sessions will take place on the campus of Georgia Southern University, and an additional two in Peachtree City, Ga. For more information, visit https://camps.jumpforward.com/
"We are excited to announce our summer camp program and look forward to hosting campers from throughout the state, the Southeast region and nationwide," said Head Coach John Murphy. "While there are dozens of camp offerings in the region, our selection, flexibility and affordability is there for everyone to see. Our JMESA programs have grown in such a short amount of time, but we continue to focus on individual coaching and skill development regardless of the age or level. Additionally, small details like the airport shuttle service add value to the quality coaching and top notch facilities we have at our sites. This is an opportunity learn from our coaching staff as well as select guest coaches from the college and professional ranks. Additionally, our convenient location allows parents and family members to enjoy local sites while their kids attend camp."
As well as providing a quality experience, we also pride ourselves in keeping camp affordable and flexible depending on families' budgets and personal schedules. Early drop-off/late pick up options are available for day camp only as well as family and youth team discounts.
Elite Overnight I June 8-10, 2018
WHO: Boys 9th to 12th Grades
This camp is for high school aged boys who are looking to play in the highest levels of the game in club, high school, college and beyond. Coach Murphy and his staff will be joined by an international coaching staff with a background in player development and talent identification. Sessions will be balanced with match play in the evening. Our exceptional facilities, convenient location, proximity to Savannah/Hilton Head Airport (with free shuttle service) will attract players nationwide.
Pre-Academy Overnight June 8-10, 2018
WHO: Boys 3rd to 8th Grades
This is the perfect "first overnight camp experience" for your young player! Coach Murphy and his staff will be joined by an international coaching staff with a background in player development and talent identification. Sessions will be balanced with match play in the evening. Our exceptional facilities, convenient location, proximity to Savanah/Hilton Head Airport (with free shuttle service) will attract players nationwide.
Boy's and Girl's Soccer Day Camp July 9-12, 2018
WHO: CO-ED 1st to 6th Grades
This unique camp will us to combine with the Brian Dunleavy Soccer Academy! This program is designed to be both fun, as well as educational. Players are grouped by both age and skill level so that each child is challenged, but not overwhelmed. We provide an enjoyable learning environment for all participants, from beginners to the advanced. Our ultimate goal will always be to develop the child's soccer ability and love of the game. This will be the perfect opportunity for the young soccer player who wants to improve their skills and have some fun!

July 28-29: ATLANTA ID CAMP and GOALKEEPER SUMMER SUMMIT (Sunday only)
WHO: Boys 9th to 12th Grades (ID Camp) and CO-ED 9th to 12th Grades (GK Summit)
Professional methods with proven results. Join 2016 Sun Belt Coach of the Year John Murphy and select college coaches for two unique and challenging training experiences on the beautiful MOBA Soccer Complex in Peachtree City, GA (15 minutes from downtown Atlanta).
ID CAMP: The flexible and inexpensive format allows campers to attend one day or both based on their schedule and budget. Unlike other ID camps that solely focus on match play, the John Murphy Eagle Soccer Academy Atlanta ID Camp has two training sessions per day to address specific skill sets and decision making required to play in college and beyond. Electronic evaluations will not only provide the camper with detailed feedback to be used in their own personal development, but also as a reference during their college search.
GK SUMMIT: Regardless of where you are looking to go to play in college, the JMESA Goalkeeper Summit is an excellent opportunity to develop as a player and get further insights on what it takes to play at the college level. The day will be broken up into three classroom sessions and three field sessions to add variety to the learning experience. Coach Murphy's goalkeeper methods have been utilized both here in the US and abroad at the highest levels of the game – DO NOT MISS OUT!
