STATESBORO, Ga. – Returning from their short road trip to Appalachian State, the Eagles will host a midweek matchup against South Carolina State. The Bulldogs and Eagles have faced four times before, with the Eagles currently leading the series 4-0-0. The last match was held on August 26^th, 2003, with the Eagles winning 1-0.

The Bulldogs will be the Eagles final non-conference match, before the Eagles will close out the season with the remaining Sun Belt Conference games. The Eagles were supposed to remain home for the final two weeks of the season, before Hurricane Nate had other ideas. The Blue and White will now travel to Troy for the final conference game of the season on October 29^th.
