Arnold’s school record highlights a busy day in the pool

ATHENS, GA. – Georgia Southern Swimming & Diving picked up one position in the team standings on Day Two of the CCSA Championships with 12 scoring finishes. Mykala Arnold broke Amber Cortazzo's school record in the 200 IM as the squad claimed its third record of the meet. Another full day at the pool is on deck for Friday starting from 10 a.m.

"We had a very strong finals tonight. This is typically our weakest day, but we had some tremendous swims in every event. We raced a lot better tonight compared to this morning, which is all that matter in finals. I expect tomorrow will be another good day for us."
