Georgia Southern University invites all athletic alumni for the GATA CLUB's third annual All-Sports Reunion on Saturday, September 12, 2015, while our Eagles take on the Western Michigan Broncos.

The reunion is free and will kick-off at 2 p.m. with a tailgate.

Not only will the All-Sports Reunion provide former student-athletes, coaches, managers and athletic trainers an opportunity to reconnect, but attendees will also receive on-field recognition and participate in pregame ceremonies. The All-Sports reunion provides food and fun for the whole family. Guests will also receive a special visit from Georgia Southern Athletics Director Tom Kleinlein, and other special guests.

The GATA CLUB is a platform to "Get Athletes Together Again" and is comprised of former Georgia Southern student-athletes, coaches, equipment managers and athletic trainers who all share the bond of being a Georgia Southern Eagle.

Those interested in attending should register online by Wednesday, August 26, in order to receive their game tickets in the mail.

Night of Champions

The All-Sports Reunion will be held in conjunction with the Night of Champions, an event held annually to recognize teams who previously won a conference championship. As part of the celebration, Georgia Southern will  honor last year's conference championship teams in addition to championship teams of the same sport from any year in the past.  Therefore, on September 12, Georgia Southern Athletics will recognize the 2014-15 Sun Belt Conference Championship Football and Men's Golf teams along with  Southern Conference  (SoCon) Championship Football (2004) and Men's Golf (2003).  

Three  National Championship Football teams have also been invited to celebrate their respective anniversaries - 1985 (30 years), 1990 (25 years) and 2000 (15 years).  

These teams will be honored at pregame following the GATA CLUB recognition.
