Eagles Will Challenge Florida A&M, Troy and No. 20 Tennessee
Statesboro, Ga. – The Eagles (2-4) return to action Friday when they travel to Troy, Alabama to compete in the Troy Trojan Jamboree held at the Lunsford Tennis Complex on the campus of Troy University. The Eagles will play 3 matches as part of the tournament and will challenge Florida A&M, host Troy in a Sun Belt Conference tilt, and No. 20 University of Tennessee.

• In their last outing, the Eagles fell 3-4 to the East Carolina University Pirates.
• The Eagles will first challenge Florida A&M who was just recently reinstated for MEAC competition.
• Troy (8-4) will be the first Sun Belt Conference match of the season for both teams.
• On Sunday, the Eagles will challenge No. 20 ranked University of Tennessee. The Vols are currently on a 2 match win streak.
Coach Koning's Thoughts
"We have been practicing hard the last two weeks and are ready for a tough road trip. We play against 3 well coached teams and we are excited to compete in our first conference match of the year against Troy."
