WHAT COACH BRIAN DUNLEAVY SAIDThat was a hard fought game on the road in a tough atmosphere. I'm really proud of the way our team defended, most of their shots were from distance, (and) our back four were excellent. We were organized and battled which is something we've been imploring them to do. We created four or five great scoring opportunities— we were in on goal but just couldn't finish it off. We just needed that little bit of composure. Our players are working very hard and have been great so far in conference. We are excited to get back at it on Sunday at Arkansas State.
NEXT UPThe Eagles finish off the weekend with a game against Arkansas State on Sunday. The match is set for 1 p.m.
