WHAT HEAD COACH BRIAN DUNLEAVY SAID We faced a really good team today, who defended well and finished their chances. We gave two excellent players, Lynsey Curry and Lauren Prater, too much time and space and they scored two great goals. Allowing the goal from the corner kick was disappointing; we need to do a better job of clearing balls out. We took too long to get into a rhythm. When we did get things going, we were very dangerous. We scored a great goal ourselves, and we hit the crossbar on a header. But we just didn't get the job done. The positive is that we have earned a playoff spot, the regular season is behind us now and we have over a week to prepare for the quarterfinal.

NEXT UPThe first round of the Sun Belt Tournament is Nov. 4 in Atlanta. On Wednesday, final pairings for the tournament will be released after UL Monroe and UL Lafayette finish the final contest of the regular season. Â
