STATESBORO, Ga. – Georgia Southern and North Florida played 45 minutes of their scheduled match on Sunday evening, but Mother Nature was the real victor when the match was abandoned due to poor weather conditions.
Neither team scored, but the Eagles held a 9-2 advantage in shots when the contest was called at halftime.
Next up for the Eagles is a home game against Coastal Carolina on Friday, September 19th. The Eagles and Chanticleers play at 7 p.m. at Eagle Field where admission is free.
