Men's Tennis Hosts Georgia State

STATESBORO, Ga.- Georgia Southern men's tennis hosts Georgia State on Wednesday, April 9th at 3pm at the Wallis Tennis Center. This is their second to last match before the SoCon Championships, April 16th-19th. The Eagles currently hold a 4-16 overall record, and 3-5 in the SoCon.
Last time out, the Eagles fell to Samford 6-1. Freshman Christian Kerrigan was successful in both singles and doubles. Paired with Albert Codina Sala in the third doubles spot, they defeated Austin Ferrer and Liam Sullivan, 8-0. At No. 6 singles, Kerrigan earned the Eagles' lone win by beating Austin Ferrer, 6-1, 6-0.
The Georgia State Panthers were defeated by #74 College of Charleston the last time they hit the courts, 1-4. The Panthers have an overall record of 9-13.
