Sara Meisenhelder Named CCSA Diver of the Week

STATESBORO, Ga.- Georgia Southern diver Sara Meisenhelder has been named CCSA's Diver of the Week for the second time this season. She shares the title for the week of January 27th-February 2st with Davidson's Kaliya Burton-Akright.
Sara posted second place for the Eagles in the 1-meter event last week with a score of 255.45, followed by a third place finish in the 3-meter event with a score of 261.35.
"Sara is an incredible diver," said diving coach David Giambra. "She is having a fantastic senior season is really starting to shine leading up to the conference meet. I'm excited to see how well she performs at the conference championships which start 15 days from now."
The Eagles finish out their season in Knoxville, TN, on February 19-22 at the CCSA Championships.
