CHARLESTON, S.C. – Georgia Southern Men's Basketball closes the 2013-14 regular season on Saturday evening with a 7 p.m. against The Citadel. A win in Saturday's regular season finale would likely clinch the sixth seed in the tournament and give the Eagles' a first-round game against The Citadel in final game of the opening day of the tournament.
Saturday's game is the 359th and final Southern Conference Regular Season game for the Eagles. Georgia Southern is 30-20 all-time against the Bulldogs and has won two-straight games at McAlister Fieldhouse in a series that is tied 13-13 in Charleston.
The Eagles open the 2014 SoCon Tournament next Friday in Asheville, N.C. Fans can get their free tickets for the Tournament by contacting the Georgia Southern Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-GSU-WINS. Tickets must be claimed by Wednesday, March 5th, at 5 p.m.
