Men's Tennis Drops to UNF

JACKSONVILLE, FL.- Georgia Southern men's tennis suffered a loss to University of North Florida on Saturday, February 15th. The Ospreys prevailed 7-0, dropping the Eagles' record to 0-7.

Senior Oliver Webb competed in the number one spot for the Eagles but fell in a close set to Norbert Nemcsek 6-4, 6-5 (7-3). Albert Codina Sala was defeated by Caio Gomes 6-2, 6-5 (7-3). GSU's Marco Osorio lost to Jack Findel-Hawkins 6-0, 3-6, 6-3. Nico DeGroof, Christian Kerrigan, and Rafael Racy all played competitive matches but were defeated.

In doubles play, Oliver Webb and Christian Kerrigan were victorious over Zachary Goldberg and Mark Hamill (6-4). The pair of Kyle Hoffman and Rafael Racy were defeated, as well as Marco Osorio and Nico DeGroof.
