The field of 14 featured eight teams in the top-50, according to the GolfStat rankings.

Charlie Martin carded a 74 and finished in a tie for 30th. The junior was 2-over on the front and 2-over on the back.
Kim Koivu shot a 77, and

Matthew Mierzejewski notched his best finish as an Eagle, tying for 14th after firing a 68 today. The junior birdied hole 10 to start the day and logged birdies on holes 14 and 17 to make the turn at 3-under. He added another birdie on hole 3 to drop to 4-under but bogeyed holes 6 and 9 in the home stretch.
"After a horrific start, we rallied to save a seventh-place finish," said Georgia Southern coach
Larry Mays. "Scott turned it on in the back nine, and Matt played solid all week in the indy spot. Charlie and Will hung tough after rough starts. We need to clean up a few things before we head to Birmingham in a few weeks."
The Eagles are back in action at the Samford Intercollegiate March 3-4 before hosting the Schenkel Invitational March 14-16 at Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro.
