STATESBORO, GA. – After a run of five-straight games on the road, Georgia Southern Men's Soccer is back at home for six of their next seven games beginning with Tuesday night's match against Presbyterian College at Eagle Field. Tuesday's game is Military Appreciation Night with the first 100 fans receiving a gift from Chick-fil-A.

Georgia Southern enters the midweek game at 3-4-0 while Presbyterian College puts their 2-3-0 mark on the line.
The Eagles earned a second place finish at the Asheville Invitational last weekend with a 1-1 record. GSU opened the weekend with a 2-1 loss to Radford, but atoned with a 1-0 victory over UNC Asheville in the finale.

Neal Bates each earned spots on the all-tournament team.
Eric Dinka scored the game-winner against Asheville, his second game-winner and his third goal overall this season.
Hunter Norton found the net for the second time this season on Friday, combining with his brother,
Reed Norton, for the goal. It is the second time that the brothers have combined for a goal in their careers for the Eagles.
Neal Bates picked up his third win of the season between the pipes for Georgia Southern on Sunday, keeping his second clean sheet of the season. Bates has 46 saves on the year and has allowed just seven goals in seven matches for a 1.00 goals against average.
The Blue Hose opened conference play last Tuesday with a 4-0 loss to Coastal Carolina. The Blue Hose, in their 13th season under head coach Bret Boulware, opened the year with back-to-back wins over USC Upstate and No. 24 UNC Wilmington before dropping three-straight games including a 8-0 thrashing at the hands of Furman.
Josh Carter leads Presbyterian College in scoring this season with four goals, but the team has not posted a goal since Sept. 6th. The Blue Hose have conceded 3.79 goals per match while scoring just six goals in five outings.
Following Tuesday's match, Georgia Southern will welcome Davidson to Eagle Field for the 2013 SoCon Opener on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. Last time the Wildcats were in town, it took the Eagles two days to down their opponents after lightning and darkness washed away the first attempt at the match.
