CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Georgia Southern Swimming and Diving placed 25 student-athletes on the Coastal Collegiate Swimming Association (CCSA) All-Academic Team for the 2012-13 season, as released by the league Friday.
"It is a tremendous honor for us to have 25 swimmers and divers to be named CCSA All-Academic," said Head Coach Nate Kellogg. "It says a lot about the focus, work ethic, and expectations our student-athletes posses. We are exceedingly proud of all they have achieved this year."
To qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must earn a 3.0 GPA during her competitive season and 25 out of the 30 swimmers and divers on Georgia Southern's roster did so.
Below is the list of student-athletes that received the honor.
