¦ Georgia Southern returns to action at Elon Monday in a Southern Conference contest.
¦ Following the contest against the Phoenix, seven of the Eagles' last 10 games of the season will be at home. Seven of GSU's first 10 SoCon games this season have been on the road.
¦ GSU is coming off a 63-56 victory at UNCG Saturday, its first true road win of the season. It was GSU's first road SoCon win since a 35-34 victory at College of Charleston Jan. 18, 2012 (10 games). The Eagles are 1-5 in road SoCon games this season.
¦ MiMi DuBose is leading the team in scoring at 14.9 points a game. The junior ranks ninth on the GSU career list in 3-pointers (119) and has scored 20 or more points in six games.
¦ DuBose has led the Eagles in scoring in 14 contests this season and passed the 500-point mark for her career with 21 in a win over Kent State Nov. 24.
¦ Meredyth Frye has led the Eagles in scoring and rebounding in each of the last two seasons. The senior is 98 points away from the 1,000 mark for her career.
¦ Anna Claire Knight is averaging 9.1 points and a team-high 5.8 rebounds a game. The sophomore has led the team in scoring three times.
¦ Elon saw a six-game win streak come to an end with a 77-62 loss at Davidson Saturday. The Phoenix trailed 60-57 with just under five minutes to go but were outscored 17-5 the rest of the way.
¦ The Phoenix are 7-2 at home and 4-1 in home conference games.
¦ SoCon Player of the Year candidate Ali Ford leads Elon in scoring with 16.7 points a game and has scored 20 or more in three of the last four games.
