¦ Georgia Southern continues its six-game road trip at in-state rival Kennesaw State Friday at 7 p.m.
¦ The game will be the third in four days for the Eagles.
¦ GSU is in the midst of a stretch where the Eagles play 10 of 11 away from home. The Eagles are 0-4 in true road games this season.
¦ The Eagles have lost their last five and are coming off a 59-48 setback to Bethune-Cookman in the Hatter Classic Wednesday afternoon.
¦ MiMi DuBose is leading the team in scoring this season at 13.8 points a game. The junior hit two 3-pointers against Bethune-Cookman to go over 100 for her career.

¦ Shakeyia Colyer scored 13 points, including 11 in the second half, to lead Bethune-Cookman to a 59-48 victory over Georgia Southern in the Hatter Classic Wednesday afternoon in the Edmunds Center.
¦ Alexis Sams and MiMi DuBose each scored 10 points for the Eagles, while Meredyth Frye added nine points and four rebounds, and Maggie Davis posted eight points and six rebounds. DuBose was named to the all-tournament team.
¦ The Eagles led 39-36 with 9:47 left in the game, but Bethune-Cookman used a 14-0 run over the next 5:07 to take control of the contest. Neal scored five points during the stretch, and the Lady Wildcats opened a 50-39 cushion.
¦ A pair of free throws by DuBose and Anna Claire Knight helped cut the lead to 51-44 with four minutes to go, but Colyer connected on a jumper, and the Eagles came up empty on their next possession. GSU battled on defense on B-CU's trip down the floor, but the Lady Wildcats were able to secure two offensive rebounds, forcing the Eagles to foul with 2:02 to play. Colyer made six consecutive free throws to seal the win.
¦ Bethune-Cookman shot 52 percent in the second half and had 10 steals in the contest, forcing 18 Eagle turnovers that led directly to eight B-CU fast-break points.
The 2012-13 Schedule
¦ Seven games against teams that finished the 2011-12 season with RPIs in the top-100 highlight the Georgia Southern women's basketball schedule.
¦ A total of seven squads on the schedule played in the NCAA Tournament or WNIT a season ago. Defending Southern Conference champion Samford played in the "Big Dance," while Florida Atlantic, Stetson and James Madison were in the WNIT along with SoCon members Chattanooga, Appalachian State and Davidson.
¦ James Madison (29) and league opponents Chattanooga (62), Appalachian State (63) and Davidson (88) all finished with NCAA RPIs in the top-100.
