Eagle Baseball and Softball Join with United Way for Buddy Ball

STATESBORO, Ga. - The Georgia Southern Baseball and Softball teams will partner with the Bulloch County chapter of the United Way of Southeast Georgia for the 14th annual Buddy Ball on Sunday, October 9th, at Statesboro's Mill Creek Park. The event allows children and teens with disabilities to play t-ball with Georgia Southern student-athletes.
The event starts at 2 p.m. with pictures with Georgia Southern student-athletes in preparation for 2:45 game time. All participants will receive a certificate, photo, t-shirt and lunch from Subway.
