Georgia Southern Golf to hold Walk-on Meeting August 25th
Meeting to take place at 7 p.m. in Hanner Fieldhouse
STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern Golf will hold a meeting Wednesday, August 25th for students interested in walking on the team for the upcoming season. The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. in the basketball gym at Hanner Fieldhouse. Students who intend to try out should fill out the two forms located on the GSU golf walk on tryout tab on www.GeorgiaSouthernEagles.com and bring both to the meeting.
Attendees must bring a copy of their physical exam (within six months), health insurance and class schedule to ensure they are a full-time student at Georgia Southern University (enrolled in 12 hours or more). Individuals interested must also meet NCAA eligibility standards, agree and comply with GSU Drug Test Policy and bring a $100 entry fee (includes three rounds of golf).
