USC Upstate Doubleheader Rescheduled

STATESBORO, GA - Due to the threat of inclement weather for the outbounding teams, the Georgia Southern tennis doubleheader originally scheduled for Sunday, January 30 against USC Upstate for both the men and women was cancelled. Both teams have agreed on a rescheduled date which will take place Sunday, February 14.

The rescheduled format will match that of the original date with the men taking the court first at 10 a.m. and the women following at 2 p.m. against the Spartans. Both matches will be played at the Hanner Tennis Complex.

The doubleheader will extend the three-match home stand for both teams into four matches. Both Eagle teams challenge non-conference opponents on that Saturday, February 13. The women face off against Bethune-Cookman first thing in the morning at 9 a.m. with the men taking the court at noon against Jacksonville.
