Golf Pro-Am Set for May 4

STATESBORO, GA ? Due to inclement weather, Georgia Southern golf has rescheduled the annual Pro-Am Golf Tournament to be held on Monday, May 4 at the Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Ga.
The yearly event provides an opportunity for alumni, friends, businesses, and the community to help support Eagle golf, with proceeds to benefit the program.
“The Georgia Southern Pro-Am is our one fundraising event that we have during the year. It is very vital to the success of Georgia Southern golf. We have a great day of fun and fellowship. We love having all our supporters out. It's a fun day of golf and we bring back some of our great players and some of the local good players around to play,” said head coach Larry Mays.
Participation in the event includes:
-Green Fee and Cart
-Georgia Southern Golf Shirt
-Raffle Entry
-Mulligan
-Refreshments
-Dinner and refreshments after Play
-Awards to the Winning Teams
-Meet the Team
The tournament is open to all at the premier Forest Heights Country Club that holds a maximum capacity of 120 golfers at any one time.

11:30 a.m. ? 12:45 p.m. Registration
1:00 p.m. Shot Gun Start (scramble format)
5:30 p.m. Dinner & Awards Ceremony
