Girl Scout Appreciation Day Set for Eagle Volleyball

STATESBORO, GA – As the Georgia Southern volleyball Eagles prepare to take on Southern Conference foe College of Charleston on October 10, Girl Scout troops are getting excited for Girl Scout Appreciation Day in Hanner Fieldhouse. After the conference match, troops will receive a free pizza party, a special meet and greet with the team and coaches followed by a volleyball clinic.
During the match, the Subway Fan of the Game will also be selected, troops and fans can participate in Dominos Pizza Serve for a Prize and have the opportunity to receive University Store t-shirts which are tossed into the stands throughout the match.
Troops are asked to arrive at 1:45 p.m. for the match and the clinic will conclude at 5 p.m. If interested in further information, please contact Ryan Whittington in Eagle Sports Marketing at 912-478-1500.
