Martz received her first Swimmer of the Week award this season as she notched three victories and a second-place finish. It was the second consecutive meet that Martz had posted three wins. Martz is the second Eagle swimmer to receive the CCSA's weekly honor. Freshman Ali Campbell (
Martz's first win came as a member of the 200 medley relay team. The relay unit recorded a time of 1:50.00. She also posted victories in the 100 and 200 yard backstroke events racing to times of 59.78 and 2:11.10 respectively. Her second-place finish came in the 50 freestyle where she earned a time of 24.27, which was a tenth of a second shy of tying the event winner.
