Six Eagles Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll

PHOENIX, AZ ? Six members of Georgia Southern swimming and diving team earned Northeast Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll distinction.
To be a member of the NEC Honor Roll, student-athletes must maintain a 3.20 GPA or better, and have completed at least one year of competition within the NEC.
Receiving the honors for Georgia Southern were senior Ali Lota (Statesboro, Ga./Statesboro), juniors Amanda Gerdeman (Jacksonville, Fla./Mandarin) and Kimberly Morris (Lawrenceville, Ga./Brookwood), as well as sophomores Katie Creighton (Snellville, Ga./Brookwood), Nicole Hutchison (Kennesaw, Ga./Kennesaw Mountain), and Katelyn Woolfolk (Satellite Beach, Fla./Satellite). Morris has maintained an impressive 4.00 GPA during her first five semesters at GSU.
