Abria Trice is in her first season working with the Georgia Southern women's basketball program as a player development and analyst for the 2026-27 campaign.
Trice previously worked with Coach Heather Macy in the 2025-26 season at Nova Southeastern and at Barry University for the 2024-25 season. Before Barry, she worked for two seasons at Lander University from 2022-24, and she began her collegiate coaching career at Greensboro College with Coach Macy from 2020-22.

Trice played collegiately for two seasons at East Carolina for Coach Macy in 2013-15 and graduated from ECU with her bachelor’s in communications in 2015. She averaged 12.5 points in her two seasons with the Pirates and earned second-team All-Conference USA honors as a junior. Prior to ECU, she played two seasons at UNC Wilmington in 2010-12.
After a stint coaching at her alma mater, Dutchtown HS, Trice played overseas in Switzterland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Finland and also served as an operations manager for the WNBA's Atlanta Dream.
She graduated from Grand Canyon University with her master’s degree in psychology in 2023.
