Cameron Horsfall

Cameron Horsfall serves as the lead sport scientist for the Georgia Southern men's soccer team, a position he has held since 2021. Horsfall is a graduate research assistant and is currently working on his Master of Science in Kinesiology with a Exercise Science Concentration.

Horsfall is responsible for daily data collection, management, and presentation of collected data. He meets with the men's soccer team in weekly meetings with coaching staff and sports medicine discussing trends, process improvements, and performance monitoring to get the most out of student-athletes. Along with Georgia Southern men's soccer, he is also the lead sport scientist for Georgia Southern women's soccer and South Georgia Tormenta FC. 

Horsfall came from King University is Bristol, Tennessee, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Before his time at KU, he graduated summa cum laude with a Associate of Science in Arts and Science degree from Murray State College in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. 

Horsfall is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the Georgia Southern Tactical Athlete Initiative.
