Biography

2024-25: Played in 11 games at West Georgia … Caught 48 passes for 810 yards and nine touchdowns … Had three 100-yard games … Caught 12 passes for 138 yards and three scores against Central Arkansas … Had three catches for 147 yards and two touchdowns, including a 94 yarder against Lincoln … Entered the NCAA Transfer Portal in December and enrolled at Georgia Southern in January.

2023-24: Played at Kentucky but didn’t see any game action … Named to SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll … Transferred to West Georgia.

2022-23: Redshirted while at Kentucky … Did not see action in any games. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year letter winner and one-year starter at North Gwinnett High School under head coach Bill Stewart ... As a starter at wide receiver his senior season, averaged 16.2 yards per reception and 49.9 yards per game, making 37 catches for 600 yards and five touchdowns through 12 games in 2021 ... That same season, he was named to the All-County Team and the 8A All-Region Offensive First Team in football ... Was also a three-year varsity basketball player and two-year track athlete at North Gwinnett ... Named a 2022 8A All-Region First Team selection in basketball ... Aided in the North Gwinnett basketball team’s three straight regional championship titles and two straight Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Elite 8 appearances

PERSONAL: Born Dylan Gary on December 12 in Suwanee, GA … Son of Willie and Samantha Gary … Has two sisters, Victoria and Averie … Dad played defensive back at Kentucky from 1997-01 where he was a 1997 Freshman All-America First-Team selection by The Sporting News and a team captain in 2000 … Went on to play for the St. Louis Rams in 2001 … Mom ran track at Tennessee from 1998-2002, competing in the 100, 200 and 400 meters.
