Biography

Senior (2019-20): Averaged 13.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists a game • Shot 57.7 percent from the floor, the fifth best in program history for a senior and the ninth best overall • Ranked fifth in the Sun Belt in rebounding • His 31 points at North Florida Nov. 11 were the most for an Eagle forward or center since 2001 • Posted five double-doubles and finished his career with 10 • Scored in double figures in 20 games and posted double figures in rebounds seven times • Led the Eagles in scoring nine times and in rebounds 12 times • Missed four games with injuries • Averaged 12.4 points, six rebounds and 1.3 assists and shot 57 percent from the field in 62 games during his two-year GS career.

Junior (2018-19): Averaged 11.6 points, 5.5 rebounds and a steal a game • Shot 56.3 percent from the field, the 11th highest in a season in school history • One of three Eagles to play in all 33 games and made 31 starts • Posted five double-doubles • Scored in double figures in 19 contests and led the team in scoring four times • Led the Eagles in rebounding in nine contests • Scored a season-high 21 points in the Sun Belt Tourney quarterfinals against ULM (3/15) • Posted a season-high 12 rebounds to go along with 17 points, two steals and a block vs. ULM (1/12) • Tallied 19 points and 10 rebounds at Mercer.

Before Georgia Southern: A first-team selection by the TCCAA and ranked the No. 49 JUCO player in the country by JucoRecruiting.com • Named the TCCAA Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Jan. 7, after scoring 27 points against Western Kentucky Technical College where he was 11 of 14 from the field, hit two 3-pointers and grabbed 11 rebounds to go along with two assists, a steal and a block in the win • Ranked 33rd in field goals and 35th in offensive rebounds in the National Junior College Athlete Association and averaged 17.7 points and 8.6 rebounds per game in 2017-18 • Shot 54 percent from the floor and 37 percent from long distance • Averaged 14.4 points and 7.8 rebounds and shot 63 percent from the floor in 2016-17 • First-team All-NJCAA in 2018 and earned second-team honors in 2017 • Played for coach Lonnie Starks at Ripley High School and helped the Tigers claim a 26-8 record in his senior season • Averaged 21.5 points and 14.5 rebounds as a senior and scored 1,500 career points • Received all-state, all-district and all-tournament plaudits while also being awarded the District 15-AA Tournament Most Valuable Player in 2016.
