Biography

Senior (2020-21): Played in 21 games and made 15 starts • Ranked ninth in the Sun Belt in scoring with 13.6 points per game and fifth in free-throw percentage (.805) • Also ranked 11th in the Sun Belt in blocked shots (1.0/gm) • Averaged 2.6 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game and shot 44 percent from the floor • Scored in double figures in 15 games, netting 20-plus four times • Led the Eagles in scoring seven times and in assists 12 times • Made 8 of 12 from the floor, 2 of 2 from 3-point range and 10 of 12 from the free-throw line in scoring a season-high 28 points in a double overtime win at FIU (12/19) • Posted a season-high four assists six times and a season-high six rebounds at South Alabama (1/23).

Before Georgia Southern: Led UAB in scoring in 2018-19 with 14.9 points a game and averaged 13.9 points, 3.4 assists and 3.2 rebounds in 70 contests in his two-plus seasons with the Blazers • Was a third-team All-CUSA pick in 2019 and selected to the CUSA All-Freshmen Team in 2018 • Also named to 2019 CUSA All-Tournament Team after averaging 20.1 points per game • Recorded one 30-point game, six 20-point games and 29 double-figure games as a sophomore • Conference USA Freshman of the Week on Jan. 16 and March 4 in the 2017-18 season • Set the single-season school record for points by a freshman with 407; averaged 13.6 points per game and 101 assists, the second most on the team • Played at Providence School under head coach Jim Martin and averaged 20.1 points and 5.9 assists per game as a senior • Selected as the 2017 Florida Times-Union All-First Coast Basketball Player of the Year • Ranks fourth in area history with 2,274 career points • Helped Providence School finish as the 2017 Florida 3A state runner-up • Scored 60 points against Pedro Menedez High School • Averaged 19.9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.1 assists as a junior • Helped the Stallions to the regional final of 2016 Florida High School Athletic Association 3A Basketball State Championship • Named to the Florida Times-Union All-First Coast Team as a junior • Earned 3A All-State honors in 2016 • Broke current Duke guard and Providence School alumni Grayson Allen’s single-season scoring record with 634 points his junior year • Tabbed the St. Augustine Record Player of the Year as a sophomore.
