2016-17: Played in six games, totaling 71 snaps (16 defensive, 55 special teams) … Suffered a concussion during the South Alabama game and missed the Western Michigan game due to protocol … Totaled one solo tackle against Troy.

2015-16: Played in 11 games on the season … Was on the field for 66 defensive plays and 123 special teams plays for a total of 189 total plays … Had 10 tackles (6u, 4a) on the season … Had three total tackles and half a sack for a 3-yard loss against The Citadel … Returned a blocked punt 26 yards for a touchdown to open the scoring at Idaho … Recorded one solo tackle against New Mexico State, Troy and South Alabama … Recorded two tackles against Appalachian State … Had a tackle in the Eagles’ win over Bowling Green in the GoDaddy Bowl. 

2014-15: Played in 11 games … Tallied seven total tackles (4u, 3a) … Had a season-high three tackles against Troy … Also had two against ULM and Savannah State … Tallied one pass breakup against Savannah State … Member of the Eagle Honor Roll for spring 2015.

2013-14: Named first-team NJCAA All-American on defense at Blinn College … Also earned First-Team All-Conference SWJCFC at defensive back … Forced seven fumbles in 2013 and ranked at the top of the NJCAA in that category … Racked up 73 tackles as the Buccaneers’ leading tackler with a team-best 13.5 tackles for loss … Registered double-digit tackles with 10 against Tyler and Kilgore … Posted a career-high 14 vs. Trinity Valley CC … Forced fumbles in each of the first two games.

2012-13: Redshirted at Blinn College.

HIGH SCHOOL: A two-time first-team all-state selection … Named Defensive Player of the Year and Defensive MVP as a senior … Cougars finished as Class 4A Region III champions in 2011 with an 11-2 record … La Marque advanced to the state finals, going 11-2 in 2010 … Top tackler for La Marque as a sophomore, junior and senior … Earned all-district and all-county honors as a sophomore, junior and a senior … Selected to the Houston Chronicle’s All-Greater Houston team in 2010 after earning second-team honors in 2010 … A three-sport athlete for Cougars who was also a member of the baseball and basketball teams.
