2024-25: Played in all 13 games … Saw action on 93 plays (35 offense, 58 special teams) … Played three snaps on offense and six on special teams against Boise State … Was in for five total snaps in the win at Nevada and 14 total snaps against South Carolina State … Played three snaps on special teams at Ole Miss … Played two snaps on offense and six on special teams in the win at Georgia State … Played seven snaps on offense and two more on special teams in the win over Marshall … Was in for six total snaps in the win over James Madison … Played four snaps on special teams at Old Dominion … Played nine total snaps in the win at South Alabama … Was in for seven total snaps against Troy … Played 11 total snaps in the win at Coastal Carolina and four in the win over App State … Played four snaps on special teams against Sam Houston in the New Orleans Bowl … Made the Dean’s List in the fall for posting a GPA higher than 3.50 … Awarded the Tay McKibbins Memorial Walk-On Scholarship in April.

2022-23: Redshirted while on the University of Miami football team … Entered the NCAA Transfer Portal in January … Enrolled at Georgia Southern in the summer.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Coach Eric Godfree at Parkview High … A two-time all-state selection who started all four years … Graded 86 percent and didn’t allow a sack his senior season, in addition to posting 75 knockdown blocks … Was a first-team all-county selection by the Daily Post and the Touchdown Club of Gwinnett.

PERSONAL: Born Johnnie Lee Brown III on January 30 … Son of Keesha Brown.
