WEST HILLS (2010-2011): Earned associate’s degree and played two years at West Hills Community College in Coalinga, Calif., for Coach Cal Tincher… Saw action in 10 games with 34 carries for 297 yards with three touchdowns… long of 54… also had four receptions for 75 yards (long 44)… 2 solo tackles and a forced fumble… 2010: Second-leading rusher for Falcons with 72 carries for 498 yards and three touchdowns (long 58)… played in 10 games with 10 receptions for 47 yards (long 33)… Also registered four tackles and a PBU.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Born May 14, 1992 in New Orleans, La…. Son of Samantha Collins… Lettered two years in football, played point guard in basketball and competed in track… Part of the region championship team in 2009 that posted a 12-1 overall record and graduated as a member of the winningest class in Apalachee High School history… Won the weightlifting state championship three times… Sprinter for the Wildcat track team, earning athlete of the year and the effort award… Holds the Apalachee High School record in the 100m Dash (10.6)...
