2022-23: Did not play in any games … Was redshirted … Made the Honor Roll in the fall.

2021-22: Played in and started all 12 games as the kickoff specialist … Was on for 52 special teams plays … Kicked off 37 times and was 4 for 4 on field goals … Had a big collegiate debut, making a 49-yard field goal in his first attempt … Went 3-for-3 on field goals and 3-for-3 on PATs in that opening game against Gardner-Webb … Also kicked off seven times and had a tackle on special teams … Performance earned him Sun Belt Conference Special Teams Player of the Week … Missed his lone PAT attempt at Florida Atlantic … Kicked off twice at Arkansas and four times against Louisiana  … Kicked off twice against Arkansas State … Had six kickoffs at Troy and five at South Alabama … Had three kickoffs against Georgia State and two against Coastal Carolina … Kicked off seven times in the win at Texas State and three times against BYU … Kicked off twice at App State and made a 38-yard field goal … Made the President’s List in the fall for making a perfect 4.00 GPA … Made the Dean’s List in the spring for posting a GPA higher than 3.50 … Named to the 2021-22 Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List for maintaining a 3.50 GPA or higher.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Richmond Hill High for Coach Matthew LeZotte … A preseason all-state selection prior to his senior season … Named to the GACA Class AAAAAA South all-state team his final season … Named first-team all-region his senior season after scoring 77 points … Had 56 touchbacks … A second-team all-region selection as a junior … Rated as a five-star kicker by NationalKickingRankings.com … The No. 14 senior kicker in the country according to the Chris Sailer Kicking … Also played soccer.

PERSONAL: Born Britton Shane Williams on January 24 in Richmond Hill, GA … Son of Jennifer and Darin Williams … Both parents attended Georgia Southern … Has a younger brother, Blake.
