SOPHOMORE (2018): Played in and started 54 games at third base and shortstop… Hit .254/.338/.353 in his second campaign with the Eagles… 14 of his 51 hits went for extra bases with 10 doubles, two triples and two home runs… Hit first collegiate home run against Southern Miss (3/10)… Drove in 22 runs while scoring 34 times… Stole a team-high 13 bases, going 13-for-15 on the basepaths.

FRESHMAN (2017): Played 51 games with 48 starts between third base and shortstop… Hit .301/.374/.321 in debut season… Scored 45 runs while driving in 15… Lashed four doubles and 55 singles… Recorded seven three-hit games including the second two games of the Middle Tennessee series… Scored four runs at Mercer (4/25) with two doubles... Named to 2016-17 Sun Belt Honor Roll.

PREP: Played four seasons at Marietta High School for coach Chris Stafford… Hit .405 as a senior and .442 as a junior, recording an average over .300 all four seasons… Twice named first-team all-region at shortstop… Two-time Marietta Daily Journal All-Cobb County selection… Named to the 2015 Georgia Dugout Club Top 100 and went 4-for-4 in the Top 100 Game… Named all-state in 2016 by Georgia Dugout Club… Played travel ball with Team Elite under coaches Romas Hicks and Brad Borus… Named Rawlings/Perfect Game first team all-southeast region in 2015… Ranked as a 2016 Rawlings/Perfect Game High Honorable Mention All-American… Ranked in the Top 275 players nationally by Perfect Game and the Top 30 players in Georgia.

Son of Peter and Michele Golden… Has two sisters, Mackenzie and Summer… His father (Peter) played baseball at Oberlin College… Grandfather (John Manning) played baseball at Kansas… Grandfather (Top Golden) played baseball in the Detroit Tigers organization… Uncle (Tony Golden) played baseball at Indian River State College and Principia College… Uncle (Michael Manning) played football at Baylor.
