REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2020): Made 4 appearances during the shortened 2020 season… Posted a 5.06 ERA, striking out three batters… Allowed three runs, on two hits and walked two guys… Opponents were batting .125 off of Griffin and he allowed only one extra base hit.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019): Medically Redshirted… 

FRESHMAN (2018): Made 5 appearances before suffering an injury which ended his 2018 season… Was granted a medical redshirt by the NCAA… Got the start on February 27th at The Citadel, going five innings and scattering five hits, but took a no decision… Struck out two batters in a relief appearance on March 7th against Holy Cross before sustaining an injury.

PREP: Played four seasons at Statesboro High School with coach Jim Simmons… Named all-region as a junior… Played one year of Football… Also played for Team Elite with coaches Hayes Cook and Brad Borous… Pitched two combined no-hitters with Eagle teammate Christian Avant.
