At the end of the day, our job is to provide a life-changing experience for our student-athletes and give them the ability to succeed in life, in the classroom and on the field.
HOW CAN I HELP?
Current Season Ticket Holders
Season ticket holders are some of our most committed and passionate supporters and help us pack the stands every time the Eagles play at OUR HOUSE! Now you have a chance to make an even bigger impact during these times when our Eagles need it the most.
Seating for the 2020 season will be restricted to a maximum of 25% of the capacity to start the season. This mandate was created to provide a game day that protects the health, safety, and well-being of our student-athletes, students, staff, faculty, and fans. In order to provide the safest environment, certain measures will need to be implemented at Allen E. Paulson Stadium this year, including physical distancing, mandatory masks/facial coverings, and limited concessions.
Physical distancing in the seating areas will require a reduction in season ticket quantities in order to accommodate all current season ticket holders. Seats will be allocated after the Opt-Out date of Tuesday, September 1. The form to submit what you would like do to in regards to your season tickets and/or parking can be submitted HERE. PLEASE NOTE: The deadline to opt out of the 2020 football season is Tuesday, September 1st. No changes can be made after the September 1 deadline.
We understand that not all fans will feel comfortable attending games for health and safety reasons or may not be interested in attending due to reduced capacity guidelines. Therefore, we are allowing all season ticket holders to opt-out of their 2020 football season tickets commitment without penalty. Those who choose to opt-out of the 2020 season will retain their same ticket eligibility for the 2021 season for their original seats.
To directly help fund our student-athletes and all of the costs and lack of revenue during these challenging times, season ticket holders will also have the opportunity to reinvest their season ticket and/or parking costs into a donation to the Erk Russell Fund. The resources will go directly to help us be able to continue to provide the scholarships, training, health and many more areas to support our 400+ student-athletes.Season ticket holders have a "Triple Option" to choose from:
Option 1: Reinvest Your Season Ticket/Parking Purchase Into A Donation
- Reinvest your 2020 football season tickets and parking into a 100% charitable donation to the Erk Russell Fund which is the Annual Scholarship fund that provides scholarship and program support to all 400+ Georgia Southern student-athletes.
- 2x Priority Points for 2020-21 Erk Russell Fund Donations
- Credit the additional points to your own account
- Start and account for a child or grandchild and award them the extra points to get them started accumulating priority points
- Get a new member to join the Erk Russell and credit your extra points to them as a thank you for joining.
- 100% tax deductible donation credit
Option 2: Rollover Credit to Next Season
- 2020-21 season ticket and/or parking payments may be rolled over and applied towards the 2021 season.
- Season ticket and parking holders may request a full refund of the paid amount for the 2020 season.
Football season ticket holders that renewed their seats and/or parking for the 2020 football season may donate their paid amount back to the Athletic Foundation as a 100% charitable donation. The form to submit what you would like do to in regards to your season tickets and/or parking can be submitted HERE. Our Eagles need you more than ever. Please consider joining the Erk Russell Fund today. The Erk Russell Fund is the main fundraising arm for the Athletic Foundation and is the annual scholarship fund for Georgia Southern Athletics. Contributions to the Erk Russell Fund support nearly 400 student-athletes who play in one of the 17 Division I varsity sport programs by providing academic scholarships.
