Bowl Central - FAQs

Order from the Georgia Southern Ticket Office

  • Georgia Southern is contractually bound to purchase a set amount of tickets to this game. The ticket office is responsible for unsold tickets; therefore, purchasing through our office helps Georgia Southern remain fiscally sound for all 17 sports.
  • It results in Eagle Nation being well-represented at a bowl game and establishes a tradition of being well-represented while on the road for future opportunities.
  • Guarantees a seat with the rest of Eagle Nation.
  • You earn priority points. To thank our supporters, for each ticket purchased through the Georgia Southern University Ticket Office, 1.5 priority points will be applied to the patron’s account with the Athletic Foundation.

Important Ticket Application Information

  • On Monday, December 9, only applications with ticket requests will be processed only for the bowl game Georgia Southern will be participating in.  Credit cards will be charged for the bowl game Eagle Football is invited to attend.
  • All other ticket requests will be destroyed.
  • Once the Ticket Office receives an request, the sale is final; no refunds or exchanges.
  • Pre-order requests will not be considered ‘received’ until an approved credit card is on file.
  • The Ticket Office can not accept specific seat requests (section, seat, row, etc).
  • All seats assignments will be allocated via the Foundation’s priority points system, if ordered by the deadline.
  • If you are a Eagle Fund member and a season ticket holder, your ticket eligibility is your donor level. Your season ticket status is not included in the bowl ticket eligibility.
  • Eagle fans seeking excess tickets to be seated with allotted tickets can apply with the general public or understand that their application moves to the end of the priority points.
  • The Ticket Office will make every effort to accommodate guests wishing to be seated with friends, but those requests can not be guaranteed. Requests must be agreed upon by all parties. Orders will be allotted by the average of the group’s priority points.
