2016-17: Played in 10 games, starting eight … An honorable mention All-Sun Belt selection … Was on the field for 513 snaps (500 offensive, 13 special teams) … Had 139 carries for 678 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground … Went 66 of 106 passing for 871 yards and eight touchdowns with three interceptions … Had a season-high 203 yards passing and one touchdown against Arkansas State … Threw for two touchdowns against Troy and New Mexico State … Rushed for a season-high 117 yards against New Mexico State … Had three games of 100+ yards passing (Troy, New Mexico State, Georgia State) … Had three games rushing for over 100 yards (New Mexico State, Georgia State, Troy) … Got the start at wide receiver in his final game, catching a 9-yard pass on the first play of the game … Also ran for 115 yards and two scores while passing for 127 yards and two touchdowns in his final college game, leading the Eagles to a win.

2014-15: Named All-Sun Belt Conference second team and twice picked as Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week (at Georgia Tech & at South Alabama) … Rushed for 1,096 yards (172 carries) while passing for 1,001 yards (71 of 128) … One of four FBS quarterbacks to pass and run for over 1,000 yards … Ran for a season-high 159 yards at New Mexico State and 151 against Appalachian State … Ran for a season-high three touchdowns vs. Troy … Completed a season-high nine passes for a season-best 184 yards in the season opener at NC State … Recorded three games with 100+ yards passing: at NC State (184), at Georgia Tech (164) and ULM (136) … Ran for 100 or more yards in six games.

2013-14: Selected to the SoCon All-Freshman Team Offense … Made sixth start of the season at quarterback against Florida in the road upset, playing in all 11 games of 2013 … Earned a coveted helmet sticker from ESPN commentator Mark May for directing the Eagles’ epic win over Florida at “The Swamp” … Scored two touchdowns and ran for 118 yards as Georgia Southern racked up 429 yards, fourth-highest opponent total versus the Gators … Averaged 80.5 rushing yards per game and was the Eagles’ leader with 149.3 yards per game average of total offense … Ranked second on scoring list with eight touchdowns … Involved in six of the Eagles’ top 10 longest plays of the season … Averaged 9.8 yards rushing in his first collegiate appearance with a 12-yard touchdown, and long run of 31 yards in season opener vs. Savannah State … Threw for 151 yards vs. St. Francis … First collegiate 100-yard rushing game came against Wofford, where he picked up 102 yards on 14 carries … Connected on six passes against the Terriers for 68 yards, including 4 of 5 in the Eagles’ final scoring drive … Was a perfect 7-for-7 passing for 140 yards with two touchdowns against Samford … Scored game-winning touchdown with less than two minutes left vs. The Citadel … Had a 4-yard TD run and 14-yard carry earlier in drive was part of the 11-play, 86-yard drive that ate 5:59 off the clock … Totaled 95 yards on 20 carries vs. Appalachian State and completed five passes for 72 yards … Added a touchdown to his totals with the final score against Western Carolina … Averaged 9.2 yards per rush with 83 yards on nine attempts against the Catamounts … Scored two touchdowns against Elon with a 53-yard rush on the second play of a late first-quarter drive to record the game’s first touchdown … Finished the Elon game with a career-best 163 yards rushing, averaging 11.6 yards per gain on 14 carries … Also threw five passes for 104 yards, his fourth 100-plus yard passing game … Ranked fifth in the league in rushing with 80.5 yards per game and seventh in total offense (149.3 ypg) … Earned SoCon Freshman of the Week honors for his victorious outing vs. The Citadel with 135 yards rushing (1 TD) and 138 yards passing … Honored as the SoCon Offensive player of the week for his career-high 163 rushing yards and two-touchdown efforts in win at Elon … Tabbed Offensive Player of the Week by SouthernPigskin.com after Elon game.

Redshirted … Scored points in annual spring game with rushes of 33 and 22 yards to spark the White team rally … Finished the spring game with 76 yards on eight rushes and handed off to William Banks for only touchdown of the afternoon … Member of the Eagle Football Leadership Council.

HIGH SCHOOL: Tallied 5,100 yards and 83 touchdowns on the ground and 1,412 yards and 15 touchdowns passing in his career … Left high school ranked 10th behind Herschel Walker on the all-time Georgia touchdown list … Named the 190th-best player in Georgia and ranked as a one-star recruit by ESPN … AJC Class 4A Offensive Player of the Year for 2011 after rushing for 2,138 yards and 32 touchdowns … Ranked sixth in the nation for rushing yards his senior season … Led the 2011 squad to the 4A State Playoffs while averaging nearly 200 yards rushing per game … Carried the ball 24 times for 214 yards and four touchdowns in the playoffs against Chattahoochee … Jaycees High School Player of the Week for September 14 … Named Team MVP twice … Invited to the North South All-Star game after his senior year … Four-year letterwinner in football and basketball.
