2020-21 - Sun Belt Conference Academic Commissioner’s List

2022-23: Played in two games … Was on the field for 11 offensive snaps … Completed 1 of 3 passes for a yard and had two rushes for 2 yards … Played seven offensive snaps  in the opener against Morgan State, rushing for 3 yards … Completed 1-of-3 passing late at Louisiana … Made the President’s List in the fall and spring for making a perfect 4.00 GPA. 

2021-22: Played in and started the final two games … Played 113 total snaps … Completed 22 of 38 passes for 229 yards and an interception for the season … Also had 24 rushes for 17 net yards … Missed the first two games after suffering a lat injury in spring ball that required surgery … Dressed for several games, but did not play … Made his collegiate debut with the start at quarterback against No. 14 BYU … Completed 11 of 14 passes for 122 yards with an interception … Also had eight carries for 20 yards … Played 48 offensive snaps … Completed 11 of 24 passes for 107 yards at App State … Rushed 16 times and played 65 offensive snaps … Made the President’s List in the fall and spring for making a perfect 4.00 GPA.

2020-21: Did not see any game action … Was on the dress roster for the New Orleans Bowl … Made the President’s List in the fall and spring for making a perfect 4.00 GPA … Named to the 2020-21 Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List for maintaining a 3.50 GPA or higher.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played football for Coach Alan Chadwick at Marist High … A first-team all-state selection as an athlete by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for the Class AAAA level … The DeKalb County Offensive Player of the Year by the AJC … Won the same honor for the All-Region 7-4A as voted on by the coaches … Rushed for over 1,500 yards and passed for over 2,100 yards his final season … Named second team all-region team as a junior after posting 1,300 yards passing and 900 yards rushing … Also participated in track & field.

PERSONAL: Born Connor Bryan Cigelske on December 4 in Mobile, AL … Son of Bryan and Kathryn Cigelske … Has three younger siblings: Zach, Burke and Bennett.
