As a senior, averaged 15.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.3 steals, 1.0 blocks and 0.9 assists and scored her career-high of 32 points against Reidsville on Jan. 19, 2016 ... Played travel ball for the Greensboro Pheonix and head coach Eddie Odom and led the team to the 2015 Under Armour National Championships ... Away from basketball, was also a standout for the Southeast Guilford track team and qualified for regionals in both the 4x400 relay as well as high jump.

Born Hailey Danielle Dias-Allen on May 13, 1998 in Livingston, N.J. ... Daughter of Danel Allen and Millicent Dias ... Has three siblings; Sierra, Marcell and Macellai ... Father, Danel, played college basketball for St. Paul and then New Jersey City State where he was a two-time all-conference selection as well as an NABC All-American. He went on to play professionally in the European Basketball Association as well as the American Basketball Association (ABA).
