Baseball Announces Schedule Changes For Georgia State Series

STATESBORO --- Georgia Southern baseball has announced new times for the opening two games of the series against Georgia State, with two contests on Friday.

The series opener will be at 12 PM tomorrow (May 8th) with Game 2 of the series later that night at 7 PM. The ribbon cutting for the Steverson Family Baseball Facility will remain at 3:45 PM, and fans are encouraged to RSVP for the ceremony HERE.

Tickets purchased for Friday night's original contest will now be valid for the newly scheduled Game 1 at 12 PM. A ticket purchased for Saturday's originally scheduled Game 2 will now be valid for Friday night's contest at 7 PM. Tickets purchased for the series finale will still be valid for that game.

Georgia Southern Marketing has announced that Friday night's 7 PM game will be Parker's Kitchen Night while Game 1 serves as Good Ol' Fashioned Baseball. The series finale will still be Senior Day at J.I.
