Nine giveaways and theme nights for every home game highlight a fun-filled year at J.I. this season.

STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern athletic marketing team announced the 2026 baseball promotional schedule on Monday, Feb. 9. All home games at J. I. Clements Stadium will feature an exciting theme for fans of all ages.
The season opens Friday, February 13, against West Virginia with Opening Day, including a schedule magnet giveaway for fans. The night will feature a classic baseball atmosphere celebrating the return of Eagle baseball to Statesboro.
On Sunday, February 15, Speedway Day brings high-speed fun to the ballpark as fans can score a Georgia Southern vintage NASCAR-style T-shirt. NASCAR-themed in-game activations will keep energy high throughout the afternoon.
Alumni Weekend will take place on March 6-8 against Tennessee Tech. This series will feature True Blue Time Machine Night on Friday, March 6, packed with throwback vibes and a collectible Georgia Southern baseball giveaway. March 7 is GATA Jam, where fans are encouraged to celebrate the biggest party in the 'Boro. Finally, Concert Cooldown is on Sunday, March 8, as we keep the concert rolling at J.I. Clements Stadium and welcome back our Eagle baseball alumni.
Mario Mania takes over Saturday, March 28, versus Troy with fans receiving a Mario-themed Gus mini bat giveaway. The night includes video-game inspired activations and interactive concourse elements celebrating one of pop culture's most iconic characters.
Great Outdoors Night arrives Friday, April 10, against South Alabama highlighted by a Georgia Southern tackle box giveaway. Fishing-themed in-game content and outdoor-inspired fun make this promo a perfect fit for Eagle Nation.
Vs. Cancer Weekend on May 1-3 is packed with great giveaways and exciting games as your Eagles take on Coastal Carolina. The series begins with Parker's Kitchen Day, filled with special games and prizes from your favorite 'Boro convenience store.This is followed up by Rodeo Day on Saturday, May 2, which will feature a GATA belt buckle giveaway, country music and western flair bring the afternoon to life. Finally, we will honor those affected by cancer with Strike Out Cancer. This game will be a powerful moment of community support and will be capped off with postgame head shaving as the players stand together in unity.
