NEW ORLEANS — Sun Belt Football Media Day is less than two weeks away and the conference has announced that Georgia Southern football student-athletes JC French IV and Davion Rhodes will accompany head coach Clay Helton to the 2025 Sun Belt Media Day. The event is held over two days in New Orleans with the Sun Belt East Division going on Wednesday this year.

The 2025 Sun Belt Football Media Day will be held in person on Tuesday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 23 at the New Orleans Marriott Warehouse Arts District Hotel.

The event will be broadcast on ESPN+ with a morning session from 9 a.m. to noon CT and an afternoon session from 1:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m. CT. Two student-athletes from each of the 14 programs will join their head coach for an open media session, as well a car wash of other media, photo and video opportunities.
