Sixty-Seven Student-Athletes Receive Stoles Prior to Graduation Ceremony

STATESBORO – Georgia Southern Athletics honored 67 expected graduating student-athletes with a special stole ceremony Monday evening at the Georgia Southern Military Science Building. The Athletic Department handed out stoles that will be used to signify student-athletes at Georgia Southern University's upcoming commencement ceremonies, where at least one member of 13 of the 15 GS athletics programs will earn their degree (rifle and women's tennis have no seniors).
